In short: We only collect what we need to run the service — mainly your email address. We do not sell your data and we do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this site today.
Who is responsible?

What we collect
- Email address and exam date from the free mock exam — to send you your result and topic map and a few practice tips before the exam date you give. Unsubscribe in any email. The address and date are used only for this, are never shared with advertising platforms, and are deleted 90 days after your exam date.
- Your progress in the free mock exam — stored only in your own browser (local storage) so you can continue later. It is not sent to us.
- Email address when you buy — to send your receipt and login link.
- Usage data in the service — progress, results and which questions you have practised, so you can continue where you left off.
- Technical data such as browser, device and IP address — for the site to work and to protect against abuse.
- Agency details for a team licence — agency name, trade licence number and contact person, for invoicing.
Why
- Deliver the service you bought (contract).
- Send receipts and login links (contract).
- Send the free mock exam result and tips before your exam date (your request).
- Operate and secure the site (legitimate interest).
- Meet accounting and tax obligations, including UAE VAT (legal obligation).
Payment
Payments are handled by a certified payment provider. We never receive your card number — only confirmation that the payment went through, and the country information needed for VAT.
Cookies
This site currently uses no analytics or advertising cookies. If we add them, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.
Sharing
We use a small number of sub-processors to deliver the service (hosting, database, email delivery, payment). They may only process data for the purposes we decide. Some are established outside the UAE and the EEA; such transfers take place on a lawful basis. A current list is available on request.
How long we keep data
- Account and payment data: 5 years (accounting rules).
- Usage data in the service: while your account is active. Ask us to delete it at any time.
- Email and exam date from the free mock exam: until 90 days after the exam date, then deleted or anonymised.
- Security logs (IP): 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to or restrict processing, get your data in a machine-readable format, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello@reraexamready.com — we reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (datatilsynet.no) or the data protection authority where you live.
Security
All data transfer is encrypted (TLS) and data is stored encrypted. Access is limited to those who need it to deliver the service.
